■ APTOについて AI開発において多くの企業が直面する「データ準備の課題」を解決するために設立されたスタートアップです。 クラウド型のデータ収集・アノテーションプラットフォームを提供し、AIモデルの開発・運用に必要な高品質データの整備を効率化しています。 主力サービスには、社内外の作業者によるデータ作成を一元管理できるAIデータプラットフォーム、幅広い領域に対応した学習用データセットの提供、AIモデル開発を支援する受託ソリューションなどがあり、大手企業を中心に導入が進んでいます。 また、スマートフォンアプリによるクラウドワーカーの活用や、多言語・多地域でのデータ収集ネットワークの構築を通じて、グローバルなAI活用にも対応できる体制を整えています。 ■ 募集背景 生成AIの次のテーマとして、ロボティクス・自動化・実世界AIを含む「Physical AI」が急速に注目されています。 その中で重要になるのが、 “AIが現実世界を理解し、制御するためのデータ” です。 特にロボティクス領域では、実世界だけで十分なデータを集めることが難しく、シミュレーション環境を活用した合成データ生成の重要性が急速に高まっています。 APTOでは現在、 ・Isaac Sim ・MuJoCo ・シミュレーション環境 ・Synthetic Data ・Sim2Real ・Cosmos などを活用しながら、Physical AI向けデータ生成基盤の構築を推進しています。 今回募集するポジションでは、ロボティクス向けシミュレーション環境の構築から、AI学習用データ生成、シナリオ設計、Sim2Real改善までを担っていただきます。 単なるシミュレーション開発ではなく、 「AIが現実世界で機能するために、どのようなデータが必要なのか」 を考えながら、0→1で基盤を作っていくフェーズです。
